Tony Hanna is a development and municipal management expert with more than 40 years of experience in real estate, economic development, and public service. He has overseen the development of over one million square feet of commercial and medical space and has extensive experience in municipal finance, including bond underwriting and private equity for large-scale projects.

Tony played a key role in shaping economic development in the Lehigh Valley, serving as a founding leader of the Allentown Economic Development Corporation and later as Director of Community and Economic Development for the City of Bethlehem. During his tenure, he helped create more than 5,000 jobs and facilitated over $2 billion in private investment.

As Executive Director of the Bethlehem Redevelopment Authority, he led the transformation of the former Bethlehem Steel site into SteelStacks, a nationally recognized arts and cultural campus that has driven regional revitalization and job creation.

Tony currently serves on the Advisory Board of Lehigh University's Goodman Center for Real Estate Studies and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and American Planning Association. He has received numerous honors recognizing his contributions to economic development and community revitalization.

Tony was married for 55 years and cooked 99.9% of the time. He has an extensive collection of over 450 cook books and loves to share recipes.
